Boulogne - Clearance

Apr 27, 2024

This is a Port of Entry (officially listed by the Government), however, it is not a good place to check-in.

Boulogne claims to no longer be a Port of Entry (as ferries no longer go there and therefore they have no officials locally to process arrivals and departures).

Arrivals here are recommended to travel by train to Calais for processing.  See this News item.

See the main Noonsite/France/Formalities page for full details for Clearance.
