Hugh Town has essential shops, bank, post office, laundry, bars and restaurants. The co-op supermarket has a good range of supplies as well as fresh produce. There is a delicatessen, a good bakery, a fishmonger and a butcher, as well as a van providing very good fish and chips.
Co-op Supermarket open 08:00-22:00 and 08:00-16:00 on Sundays. Butcher/baker +44(0)1720 422626. Mumfords Newsagent, clothes and gift shop open 09:00-17:00 usually with half day closing on Wednesday.

May 25th 2022 : I just called St Mary’s harbour : there are NO restrictions to visiting boats. Covid is over !
