Beware that occasional dredging takes place in the channel. Take particular care if arriving in the dark as there are also unlit buoys and pole markers.

If wishing to moor in the Old Port (max. length 14m), it is advisable to make arrangements in advance, especially during the high season.

The huge Port des Minimes is some way from the city center and is to sta'bd at the start of the approach channel to the Vieux Port.
