A Latin American network flight each Saturday to Santiago via Punta Arenas, Chile operated by LAN.
There is a regular service between Montevideo, Punta Arenas and the Falkland Islands, operated by South American Atlantic Service Ltd.
A shipping service to and from the UK on a monthly basis is operated by Ministry of Defence charter vessels

There is also the Falkland sailing Club, super well run by Bob and Janet. Before arriving best contact them by mail bob.janet@horizon.co.fk. we stayed for more than 4 months there and was one of our best stops. Perfect stop-over to go south
