There is no dedicated chandler in Stanley but there are a couple of agents for overseas chandlers. The companies listed below can get you anything you need but it will have to be shipped in either by air (expensive and allow at least 10 days) or by sea (cheaper but will take about eight weeks).

Nuts, bolts, fishing gear, lifejackets, flotation suits etc., are available in the various stores around Stanley.

There is also the Falkland sailing Club, super well run by Bob and Janet. Before arriving best contact them by mail bob.janet@horizon.co.fk. we stayed for more than 4 months there and was one of our best stops. Perfect stop-over to go south
