There are no companies dedicated to servicing the needs of yachts so the availability of services will depend on workload. There are currently no slips in Stanley but there are a couple of cradles on sleds that are pulled up the beach with a maximum capacity of around 30 tonnes. Contact Ian Bury +500 51058 who can also do heavy-duty welding etc.
It may be possible to arrange storage ashore, again contact Ian Bury who will know what is available.

There is also the Falkland sailing Club, super well run by Bob and Janet. Before arriving best contact them by mail bob.janet@horizon.co.fk. we stayed for more than 4 months there and was one of our best stops. Perfect stop-over to go south
