Watchet - Docking

Oct 17, 2014

With the installation of a lock forming an inner harbour, a marina has now been opened here. The town now provides a most useful, and interesting, port of call.

The tides in the Bristol Channel are fierce and this must be born in mind when approaching the harbour entrance. It is advisable to enter 2 hours before high water. Check the marina website for detailed instructions.

The outer harbour dries.
