Anchorages and Marinas:

The Orkney Marinas website provides a useful guide to marinas, moorings and anchorages all around Orkney.

Cruising the Islands of Orkney

Anchorages:

There are several sheltered anchorages in Whitehall Harbour.  Jack’s Hole is an excellent anchorage off the dredged channel.

Berths/Moorings:

It is possible to tie up to wharf (tidal) just to port of ferry slip. Contact Lesley the Harbourmaster and ferry dock attendant ( Mob: 07901984328) who says it’s ok to tie up to steel end of the wharf where it’s deeper.

There are three visitors mooring buoys.
