Harbour dues and permits - Portland Harbour

To help the harbour authority offset the cost of maintaining the harbour and regulating activities, there is a statutory requirement all vessels pay port and harbour dues.

This includes, although not limited to, yachts, motorboats, sailing dinghies, windsurfers, kayaks, paddleboarders and wing foils.

Some activities require specific permits, such as towable watersports and kitesurfing.

Permits are for the day, week, month or season and can be purchased online, by e-mail or through an agent. More details at Harbour dues & permits - Portland Port
