There are bus services to places around the island including Craignure where there is a ferry service to Oban (every 2 hrs during the summer).
Buses also run to Fionnphort (via Craignure) where you can cross to Iona.
The narrow gauge steam train, Mull Rail, runs between Craignure and Torosay where there is a Victorian Baronial mansion to visit.
