There are 7 visitors' buoys in Old Grimsby Harbour, which is well sheltered from the SW, but open to the swell if the wind veers N of W.

There is garbage disposal here and a water tap to the right of the quay.

New Grimsby Sound Anchor between Hangman Island and the quay. Good shelter except in NW winds. There are also visitors' buoys here.

Landing places - On the beaches at New Grimsby and Old Grimsby, avoiding quays, steps and, at Old Grimsby, the long causeway which is the private property of the Island Hotel. On Bryher anywhere in Green Bay or on the beach below The Town but keep clear on the quay and jetty.
