The islands are part of the US mailing system, so they have their own zip codes. Mail can be sent c/o General Delivery at either Saipan 96950, Rota 96951 or Tinian 96952. Post offices, Chalan Kanoa, SW end and at Capitol Hill, Saipan. Open 0900-1600 Monday to Friday.
Most restaurants here have WiFi.
