Eski Foca - Docking

Jun 01, 2014

Visiting yachts are authorized to anchor within 275 meters (300 yards) of  38° 40.380’N,  026° 44.880’E.

If anchoring on the west side, ensure the anchor is well dug in as the bottom is not the best holding and the bay shelves quickly to 20 meters or so.

There are some visitors' berths on the quay in front of the town on the east side of the bay. The trawlers berthed at the northern end provide additional shelter. See comment below about this informal "marina".
