Well’s and Ladder Bays Docking

Anchorage

There are two designated anchorage zones within the Saba National Marine Park: one between Ladder Bay and Wells Bay (west side) and one off of the Fort Bay Harbour.

Fort Bay offers better protection in strong NE winds, while Ladder and Wells Bays are more sheltered in SE winds. The anchorage here is only really comfortable in calm weather.

Moorings

Details on all moorings available to visiting yachts can be found on the Saba National Marine Park website.

Cruisers report some moorings may be missing--also they are quite small and may be difficult to spot. Park staff request that you run your own lines through the mooring pendant; the marine park is trying to prevent chafing of their mooring lines.

Dingy Dock

Dinghies can be landed inside the breakwater at the tender dock.

Services

More information about the port services and facilities can be found on the Fort Bay Harbor, Saba Government site.
