Almost all banks will exchange major foreign currencies, plus there are money changers in most malls and at significant tourist spots.

Banking hours are usually 09:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday, although some, in cities and large towns, may open longer hours; and, banks located in malls typically also open on Saturdays.

Money transfers, e.g. Western Union, Zoom etc., can be achieved through most pawnshops.
