Anchoring:
Anchoring is prohibited in the harbour.
Marinas:
There are three full-service marinas here. Baha Naval is alongside the Malecon and is closest to everything in town. It also has a small boatyard. Cruiseport is at the cruise ship docks and is a long walk into town. Coral Marina is north of the main harbour, behind its own breakwater.

Cruiseport Marina Wi-Fi is reliable and steady in the evenings. Second time in Ensenada now, first in December 2016; Ensenada seems cleaner and as friendly as ever, if driving, vigilance to potholes and other drivers a super must, overall few complaints and nice small town ambience compared to the four-lane one-way freeway culture many of us have come from.
Cruiseport is fairly new and pretty good. Facilities are clean. Security is good. There is WiFi but it is not the fastest.
Baja Naval is a small marina outside a big boat repair yard. Everyone hauled out is also using those showers and toilets.
Baja Naval is a nice Marina. As a lot of Marinas in Mexico, the cleanness of the shower and bathroom is disappointing.
