The post office is near Hotel Santiago, open 0800-1500 Monday to Friday and 0800-1300 Saturday. There are telephone cabins in the marina complex. Faxes can be received at the marina office on 922 860637. Internet connection at Nashiro Uno excursion boat office along the main road leading to the marina.

There are not many suitable harbours on the crowded and touristic westside of Teneriffa, and anchorages are really rare. The harbour is small and full of sightseeing boats. It offers not much space for visiting yachts. If you contact the marina outside the business hours, you will be rejected by the marineros, even if there is a berth free, which is – especially with the rare places in this area – quite unfriendly. The marina is very expensive and offers no service. No wifi, toiletts and showers are closed, you have to ask for opening on vhf(!). Only tourist stores and very average, but expensive restaurants. No security. Been there July 2023, leaving the boat for 20 minutes, someone entered the boat at low tide, changed the lines without permission causing damage. – Visiting yachts are not really welcome and I think it is in the mind of the port when I say, you better stay away.
