The nearest laundromat is about 1 mile from the harbour in Ole Johnson Avenue.
Several good supermarkets for provisioning including a Walmart and a large Safeway but they are both at the far end of Mill Bay Road, about 6km from the harbour and beyond the airport.
There is a small Safeway in Marine Way by the Inner Harbour which also sells liquor

On Kodiak Island, Alaska: there is a boatyard with travel lifts and land storage. It is Fuller’s Boatyard at 817 Marine Way Kodiak, Alaska 99615. Phone: 907.486.3091. Bill Feda is the yard manager. The yard is mostly a place for local fishing boats and mine is the only sailboat there at the moment but they figured out a way to store my boat, Elcano (60 feet).
