Description:
Keelung is located in the northeast of the island and is Taiwan’s largest seaport. One of the main attractions here is the Night Market. A new marina opened here in 2015, however reports in 2017 are that the marina is not in good condition and prices are very high (see comments at bottom of page).

I can’t find a website or contact details for Bi-Sha Marina. Is Bi-Sha Marina the same Marine than the Badouzi Starlight Harbor ?
Marina in complete disarray. could not believe it when they told me the price. 3800nt for berth and 1100nt for a concrete wall. skip this joint and sail to Japan. WARNING do not come here.
clearance can be made in Keelung port, all authorities in the customs building on the west side of the very end of the port. Concrete berth (450nt per day). smelly as the water is not clean, I know as my dog fell in it.
Taiwan has built the new marina at Keelung.Anping.Kaohsiung.Wushi.
