There is one market that is open three times a week from 8am to 10am and has a good range of basic supplies. They take only cash but will accept NZ and US dollars.
Every item has to be brought in on the supply ship that arrives approximately every two months. Check the Silver Supporter Shipping Schedule.
Fresh baked bread and home range eggs are often available from locals as well. Depending on the time of the year, fruit and vegetables are available at very reasonable prices.

Pitcairn Islanders are happy to supply, upon request, seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables. Fresh fish and lobster may also be available providing advance notice is given of required quantities.
