Protected harbour with sheltered pontoons in the city centre.
There are visitors' berths are on the finger pontoon system projecting out from the western wall, or alongside the wall between the finger pontoons close to the Rica Ishavshotel. Space is limited in the charter boat season (March-May), especially at weekends.
The Smabathaven just north of the bridge on mainland welcomes visitors, makes no charge and has a diesel but is a 30-min walk over the bridge into town.
