The Immigration officials here are strict about the maximum of 90 days being spent in the CA4 countries (Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador) without leaving to visit a non-CA4 country. You will be fined if you have exceeded your stay.
If all paperwork in order, then clearance is no problem.
