Pemba - Docking

May 10, 2018

Anchorages:

Yachts can anchor by Wimbe beach (12° 58.147' S, 40° 32.432' E) which is open to the north but has good holding and nice surroundings.

There is a good anchorage east of the harbour at 12° 58.179' S, 40° 29.476' E, opposite the green-roofed Wilson’s Wharf restaurant.

There are many nice spots to anchor inside the Bay, such as near Londo (12° 54.400' S, 40° 29.600' E), where there are good diving and snorkelling.
