Spanish Water Clearance

All small pleasure yachts should proceed to Spanish Water for clearing into Curacao.

A new combined office for Customs and Immigration has opened at Santa Barbara (Spanish Water entrance). Authorities for anchoring permits are still based in Willemstad.

See Curacao Clearance for full entry and departure formalities details.

If Skippers intend to anchor, they will need an anchor permit which must be obtained from the Harbour Master in Willemstad. There are buses and taxis available.

See Docking for anchoring details.
