Santiago de Cuba - Water

Aug 31, 2020

Water is not always available and quite frequently might be off, sometimes for 2 days at a time. This is because water has to be brought in by tanker truck, and deliveries are usually delayed several days.  Be patient, you will be waiting quite a few days if you are departing on passage from here and wanting to fill-up beforehand. Those with a watermaker will find it less stressful!

Don't drink the water.

Showers here are cold.
