Dubrovnik - Clearance

Mar 29, 2023

Gruz (Dubrovnik Harbour) is a year-round Port of Entry, open 24 hours.

Check-in is reported to be very easy, friendly and efficient with all the authorities in one building.

Boats are directed into Gruz harbor to complete formalities. The Customs quay lies between the big cruiser boats and the ferries - a yellow building with big windows.  Go alongside with fenders out. Subject to surge from passing vessels.

The Harbour Master is across the dock from the ferry berth. Customs is in the large building on the ferry quay, opposite the Hotel Petka.

The cruising permit has to be paid for in cash. There is an ATM over the road, behind the customs building.

It is worth going online to purchase your Tourist Tax for Boaters, prior to arrival.
