Coin operated machines are available opposite the Golden Bosun pub.
The supermarket across the road from the Tourist Information Office has food but it is expensive to buy most food comes in by air.
Ask around for local fruit and vegetables but note that there is very little homegrown produce due to the crabs destroying anything edible in the gardens. Some local bananas, papaya and Pamplemousse may be available.
Spirits and beer are tax-free and cheaper than in Darwin. Wine however is somewhat dearer than tax-free Darwin and the choice is much more limited. It is best to stock up in Darwin for all provisions.
