There are several docking options:
Pier 41 Marina (in the Dockyard) does provide a short term docking option (3 hrs), but requires advance reservations for longer stays. It is far from most amenities.
Cross Island Marina is designed for mega-yachts (100ft+).
Caroline Bay Marina in Little Sound, opened just before the start of the Americas Cup (May 2017) and has 30 superyacht berths and 80 berths for smaller vessels.
