Getting Work Done in Antigua:

All the marine services in Antigua are published in the annual Antigua & Barbuda Marine Guide, which is readily available at all ports of entry. As well as services available in Jolly Harbour there is a wide selection of companies at English and Falmouth Harbours.

Plan ahead if visiting the Island during Antigua Sailing Week (which is held at the end of April each year) and needing work done. Marine services, particularly in English and Falmouth Harbors, are extremely busy during this period. All the companies are used to the pressure during Antigua Sailing Week and work long hours to cope with the workloads, but avoid leaving things to the last minute.

Budget Marine in Jolly Harbour is well stocked throughout the year and going into summer has a good supply of chandlery materials.

Boatyards:

  • Jolly Harbour Marina: 75-ton Marine Travel Lift

  • Bailey’s Boat Yard (Falmouth Harbour): 70 Ton Travel Lift and 80-ton Ascon lift
