Port-Rhu basin is located in the heart of the city and closed by a lock, is accessible according to tide times. Visitor boats are welcomed near the collection afloat at the Port-Musée.
The annex harbor master's office, located on the quays, is only open in July-August.
Services include wifi (available on the visitor pontoons), weather available, 17T Parklift.
